As of December 3^rd 2007, Australia has experienced a change of government with the new Prime Minister Kevin Rudd being appointed.  Mr. Rudd is Australia’s 26^th Prime Minister and with his new appointment,new ministers (including the Minister for Immigration) have been sworn in.
